All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days. If in the unlikely situation we are unable to adhere to our order processing we will e-mail you within 2 working days, with a new acceptable processing date. At this stage you can cancel the order if you require.

Once you have finished shopping and adding items to your shopping cart, click 'Checkout' to commence our safe and secure ordering process.
You will receive an e-mail seconds after placing your order confirming what you have ordered, total price and other details. Please review this e-mail and reply as soon as possible if there are any errors.

Please note RAEBrothers will only dispatch goods upon receipt of cleared funds. All orders for which payment is not received within 10 business days will be cancelled.
Refund/Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your product because it is either faulty or not as described RAEBrothers Gifts & Games Specialists Australia is happy to either exchange it or provide you with a full refund (exluding and postage and handling paid). Please note: the product must be returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened, including the outer packaging. The customer will pay all freight charges.
Refunds will not be given for misinformed choices or if a customer has changed their mind. Please be certain that the product you order is the product you require before actually placing an order.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act.
Defective Items
If goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the item shown or are not fit for their intended purpose, you may choose between a refund (minus any postage and handling charges) or an exchange.How to return your item
E-mail sales@raebrothers.com.au advising us of the item and item number ordered along with a description of the defect. We will reply within 2 working days. If it is possible for the item to be exchanged or a refund given we will also provide you address details of where to send your return. Send your item along with your confirmation order receipt received at the time of the sale to the return address provided. This customer will be liable for any costs involved in returning any items. As soon as the return has been received, dependent on your original request a replacement product will be shipped or a full refund given.
IMPORTANT:
The return must be received by 21 days of the original order date. Any items received after those 21 days will be returned to sender. No replacement or refund will be given.
Security
